DBA Team Lead

​We are looking for a SQL Server and Azure SQL team lead to join our family and be a part of the management team.

  • Lead and be a part of a team of 6 DBAs

  • Provide technical leadership for team members

  • Participate in hands-on projects and activities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical and business goals

  • Review SQL Server and Azure SQL instances and provide recommendations

  • Manage complex database environments

  • Plan and implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions

  • Monitor and optimize database performance

  • Take care of database security, including data encryption

  • Participate in database design and development projects

  • Provide a high level of service and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Share knowledge with the team and the community
