DBA Team Lead
​We are looking for a SQL Server and Azure SQL team lead to join our family and be a part of the management team.

Lead and be a part of a team of 6 DBAs

Provide technical leadership for team members

Participate in hands-on projects and activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical and business goals

Review SQL Server and Azure SQL instances and provide recommendations

Manage complex database environments
-
Plan and implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions

Monitor and optimize database performance

Take care of database security, including data encryption

Participate in database design and development projects

Provide a high level of service and ensure customer satisfaction

Share knowledge with the team and the community
